How we deliver your AI-generated images
Digital Delivery Process
At Glitr, we deliver all AI-generated images digitally through our secure platform. Our delivery process is designed to be fast, convenient, and reliable so you can access your professional images as quickly as possible.
- Step 1: Image Generation. After you upload your photos and select your preferences, our AI system begins processing your images. This typically takes less than one hour.
- Step 2: Notification. Once your images are ready, you'll receive an email notification with a direct link to view your images.
- Step 3: Dashboard Access. All your generated images appear in your personal Glitr dashboard where you can view, organize, and download them.
- Step 4: Download Options. From your dashboard, you can download individual images or entire collections in your preferred format.
Delivery Timeframes
We strive to deliver your AI-generated images as quickly as possible:
- Standard Processing:Within 1 hour
- Rush Processing (Premium Plans):Within 30 minutes
- Dashboard Availability:Immediate after processing
- Email Notification:Upon completion
Note: Processing times may vary during periods of high demand. In rare cases, complex image requests might require additional processing time.
Image Storage & Availability
Your generated images will be stored securely in your Glitr account:
- Free Plan Users: Images remain accessible for 30 days
- Standard Plan Users: Images remain accessible for 6 months
- Premium Plan Users: Images remain accessible for the lifetime of your account
- We recommend downloading and backing up your images to your personal storage

- Check that your email provider accepts emails with attachments up to 15MB
- Enable notifications from Glitr to receive timely delivery updates

- Verify your account email address is correct in your profile settings
- Try accessing your images directly through your Glitr dashboard
